I want to have my sign shipped to somewhere else, how can I do that?
This is very easy to do at the time of order. Simply provide the shipping address in the proper form positions when checking out.
I gave you the wrong smiling address and my order has already shipped! What can I do?
Our responsibility is to ship to the address provided. In some cases a package might be able to be rerouted, but this is not usually possible. If the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping and handling charges to re-ship the package.
My item never arrived! What can I do?
This is a very rare occurrence. First we are going to check the tracking to see if this is actually the case. Depending on what the tracking indicates we will take appropriate action.
If the item is actually lost, a replacement will be sent. We do ask that you bear with us a little, it takes a few days to determine if a package is lost. Your replacement is not dependent upon the outcome of a claim but we do want to make sure the package is lost and not simply stuck somewhere.
How long does it take to receive my order?
In general, signs are received in about a week after placing the order. The length of time it takes to get approval, the time of day, weather and other postal factors all play a part in this. Due to variances in postal routes, we cannot project delivery dates precisely.
My sign arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?
This also is a very rare occurrence, as every sign is packaged with extra care to limit this from happening. However; things happen while in transit. If this happens we will send a replacement out asap. We ask that you send us pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org of the damage and the packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. We ask that you hold onto the item and packaging in case we need it for the claim. Your replacement is not dependent upon the outcome of a claim.
I don't like the wood color, wood grain variation or I don't like the color of the text, can I get a replacement?
We cannot refund or replace an item simply because it has a streak of a different color, appears darker or lighter than the one shown in the listing, or for any other natural visual characteristic; all of these aspects are an integral part of the charm and beauty of real wood.
